Care & repair

Keep your bag away from rough surfaces

To avoid marks on the leather, we recommend keeping your bag away from abrasive or rough surfaces. For lighter shades, avoid exposure to dark denim or other dark fabrics with loose dye as they may transfer or leave stains on your bag.

Remove dirt

To remove dirt, you can use a clean, dry brush. If there are still some marks left, dampen a cloth and buff gently.

Keep your bag polished

Keep your bag polished by applying a colorless creme on a soft, clean cloth. We recommend using Nivea. Polish your bag in a circular motion.

Repair

We stand behind the quality of our handbags and provide you with a standard European legal warranty lasting two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that may occur.

However, it's important to note that certain damages are not covered under this warranty.

These include:

Signs of Use: Normal wear and tear or signs of regular usage that naturally occur over time.

Damage from Chemical Substances: Any damage caused by exposure to chemical substances such as perfume, hand sanitizers, or using incorrect cleaning products.

Damage from Pets: This includes scratches or bite marks caused by pets.

Deliberate Damage: Any damage caused intentionally or through misuse or mishandling of the product.

These damages fall outside the scope of our standard warranty coverage. Thank you for your understanding.

We strive to make handbags of great quality, so you can enjoy them for a long time. If you encounter an issue that falls within our warranty coverage, please don't hesitate to reach out!

To provide transparency regarding our repair costs, we would like to share estimated prices for various repairs:
